I have never written such a review. I guess I'm what's known as hard to please. I believe most people and most companies tend to do enough
Go ahead, don't go the extra mile. I am sure you have all dealt with these companies.
Well, I'm here at the age of 68 to tell you about a company that does what it promises, even though it lives on the other side of the country. i have lived in
Las Vegas, Nevada, for over 40 years. I am a legally disabled veteran.
And I've been retired for 16 years. As I got older, I had to fight
to keep me clean, and it got dangerous at home in the shower.
The solution came in the form of a walk-in bath from Ella's Bubbles.
When I first looked at walk-in baths I was excited about the price, but when
found out the VA would help - she went incredulous.
I am so glad I got this amazing bath. I really enjoy my showers because
he can sit there and have all the benefits of a shower safe in the bath, so can I
I really like bubbles and colored light. Bathing is now a pleasant experience
non-hazardous task.
The reason I am writing this is because after about 2 years of good service my bathtub needed it.
some parts and a small repair.
I contacted the people who sold and installed my tub, but they had to leave the state
for known motives. Then I contacted Sergio [redacted] - - Sir. Bubbles :-)
Sergio quickly learned which parts to send and posted them all to Luis [edited] here
to Nevada to make the repairs. By the way, Sergio is in Chicago, IL, just a few miles away.

I am happy to report that my bathtub is great again, like new. Sergio took care
of everything - of sharing - of work - of works.

I want everyone to know about Ella's bath ride. They make a great product and stand behind what they do. I know a lot of older people who walk in bathtubs they never use. So when my wife and I needed a ride in a bathtub, we took the time to check them out. We chose Ella's because it was the only one with TWO drains. Some individual bathtub drains take 20 minutes to empty before you can open the door to get out. That's a long time in a half-full bath on a cold winter night. Our bathtub is empty in less than a minute. She does not advertise a beautiful young girl in the bathtub. They show and tell you about the quality of the accessories and pumps that can be found in their baths. When a plumbing switch went off, I called them. They sent me a free replacement switch with pictures and instructions on how to install it. They also have a website that tells you how to do it. I called the technical support manager Sergio [redacted] and he explained the process to me. Know your product inside and out. They can tell you over the phone what the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks to Sergio's support, I don't have to call a plumber. That's real support! Thank you Ella and thank you Sergio. .

What a refreshing experience it was to work with the staff at Ella's Bubbles. I had to order a pair of replacement headrests for my new bathtub because construction workers destroyed the original pair. The staff made it very easy and the warranty paperwork was handled well in our unusual circumstances. The bathtub is even better than I expected, everything works as promised and looks beautiful too. I highly recommend checking out Ella's Bubbles for your bathtub, I'll be happy to come back for future needs!

I bought my Bubbles bath from Ella about 1 1/2 years ago and I am very pleased. I had a small problem with one or more of the features not working and had to call the guy who installed it to come and fix it. I couldn't reach my repairman and emailed the company to see if there was an installer near me. Sergio called me as soon as he saw the email and said he would try to find someone. Within minutes he called back and said he could reach the original installer (had tried many times unsuccessfully). The original installer not only fixed the problem, but also made suggestions to avoid it in the future. I passed this suggestion on to Sergio and he responded immediately. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this company's commitment to customer service. They are just great!

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. I work for [deleted] and ordered a tub from this company for a customer whose wife is ill and needed a very specific type of tub. First of all, the delivery was delayed a MONTH due to "additional testing" to make sure the bathtub worked properly. This delayed the project by another 3 months as the contractor ran out of space in his schedule for this 3 DAY PROJECT. We then lifted the fairing and found not one, but TWICE missing parts in the fairing that needed factory installation. We ordered and paid for these parts to be shipped the next day, but Ella's Bubbles did not ship them correctly and the parts were days late. We are still installing this bath, trying to install parts that should have been installed, and Ella's Bubbles is refusing to reimburse the customer for all these delays. If you want a functional, functional bathtub, save yourself a horrible experience and DO NOT use this company.

I bought a bathtub at home and my husband needed help with the installation, so we called Bubbles de Ella's technical department and the guys answered the call right away. Now my bathtub works and I love it! Thank you bubbles from Ella.

My bathtub broke due to a wrong grip. I contacted Sergio [review], he sent the correct parts and had the cracks repaired by a shop! I'm glad they honor their warranty!

I like my bathtub. and they are great at asking you everything you need to know about the bath.

My husband and I purchased a bathtub from Ella's Bubbles, LLC a year ago. The customer service response was very different from other companies we have dealt with during our remodeling process. The company and employees were prompt and courteous. They answered our questions and made us feel like valued customers. Thanks, Sergio, for the help with the warranty replacements.

We bought a tub of Ella's Bubbles Deluxe, Dad loves it. After two years, the plastic and silicone door latch broke, so we called customer service and explained what we needed, and the friendly employee took our info and said he would send one right away. Two days later the replacement showed up and I put it in and it's like new. Great service and great product.

Our bathtub was installed by a qualified technician and we use it every day and we love it, we love it!

I was so excited to find Ella Bubble products online. I was in the process of converting from a half bath to a full bath on the first floor so that my mother-in-law (who is picky and lives with us) could shower on the first floor and was looking for the right shower/tub solution. The Ella Bubbles 45" long small bathtub with double layer massage gel fits perfectly. It is well made and the faucet and fixtures in the shower are top notch and with the push of a button it switches from bath mode to shower mode. shower I love the magnetic panels that make it easy to access plumbing, motors and electrical appliances for future maintenance. The hydrotherapy massage system and the air therapy massage system work wonderfully. I was impressed with how quickly the tub fills and empties. has a smart hinge which makes it easy for my 88 year old mother in law to get in and out of the unit it is also very roomy inside even though it is a small unit am 100% satisfied with this product It was the only unit I could find (and searched everywhere) that was small enough to fit my space, yet large enough to fit all of our bathroom needs. Also, the customer service is top notch, they resolved any concerns I had quickly and professionally. Well done Ella Bubbles!!

I work with a bathroom renovation company. We have installed several bathtubs from Ella. Recently I was told by a customer that a certain part of the tub was missing its finish. I contacted the company and to top it off I had a part in my hands within 2 days. Customer service is fantastic. I am currently in a similar situation with a competitor and have been trying to join for 3 weeks. Ella's Bubbles is much better.
